The Red Bike Adventures crew have officially decided that one ridiculous postie bike mission was not enough.
After conquering Fraser Island/K’gari, surviving sand tracks, questionable riding lines, rattled bones and the kind of corrugations that make you question every life choice, we’re now taking on the Postie Bike Safari as a team.
This time, we’re riding to raise vital funds for Childhood Cancer Support, an incredible organisation helping regional families who need to relocate for paediatric oncology treatment.
They provide free short-term and long-term accommodation, fully equipped with everything families need, along with food, transport and counselling services. In other words, they help take away some of the enormous stress so families can focus on their child.
We know postie bikes are not built for comfort, speed or dignity, but they are pretty good at bringing people together for a cause that matters.
So, we’re asking you to get behind the Red Bike Adventures team. Donate if you can, share the link, cheer us on, or join us if you’re brave enough, slightly unhinged enough, or just enjoy the sound of a small engine screaming for mercy.
